Every piece of equipment undergoes comprehensive functional testing before shipment. Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system covers the entire production process — from incoming material inspection through final acceptance testing.
For reflow ovens, this includes thermal profile verification across all heating zones, temperature uniformity testing, and conveyor speed calibration. For handling equipment, this includes SMEMA interface verification, conveyor height calibration, and full cycle testing.
