What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit. We supply single machines as well as complete SMT line configurations. There is no minimum for spare parts orders.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard models ship within 30–45 days from order confirmation. Custom configurations or complete line orders typically require 45–75 days. We confirm exact lead times at quotation stage.
Can you customize for non-standard PCB sizes?
Yes. We regularly engineer to non-standard specifications — oversized PCBs, special conveyor widths, dual-lane configurations, and specific process requirements such as nitrogen atmosphere or vacuum reflow.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our engineers provide remote commissioning guidance as standard. On-site installation support is available for complete line orders — travel and accommodation costs apply depending on location.
How do we get spare parts after purchase?
Spare parts are available directly from S&M and through our regional distributor network. Critical wear parts are stocked for same-week dispatch. We maintain parts availability for all models for a minimum of 10 years post-purchase.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed for established customers or large orders.
