Project situation
The project pairs a 12-zone thermal process machine with compact transfer conveyors for shipment to Quanta Mexico. The order required left-to-right flow, 900 ± 20 mm oven height, bilingual interface and export vacuum packing.
Documented equipment configuration
The VS-1204 was configured as a 12-zone single-track air oven with upper cooling. Six PTB6-460 conveyors use manual width adjustment for boards up to the documented 460 mm range.
