Quanta Thailand SMT Equipment Project
7 × DR-500 vertical hot-air curing ovens in two configurations, plus a separate 484-unit PCB handling order for the L14 program.
Configuration illustration. Actual equipment layout varies by project; project facts below come from verified internal records.
Project situation
The documented programs combine high-volume PCB handling with vertical curing. Handling equipment needed 550 mm board-width capability across AGV loading, conveyors, lifting, cooling, flipping, buffering and gate functions.
Documented equipment configuration
The curing order includes three units configured with 50.8 mm layer spacing and four units with 25.4 mm pitch. The handling order includes Thai-language HMI requirements and multiple transport formats.

What the records verify
The May 2026 curing review lists seven DR-500 units and a 50-working-day expected lead time. The L14 review lists 484 handling units across nine equipment groups. No unverified line-output result is claimed.
This case is published to show real project scope and configuration logic. Final equipment selection for another factory must still be checked against PCB size, process, target UPH, layout and utilities.
