Who Should Choose the Belt Link Conveyor?
Flexible & Thin PCBs
Flexible printed circuits (FPC) and ultra-thin boards can warp or jam in rail-based conveyors. The smooth belt surface provides full-board support without edge stress.
Post-Reflow Transport
Boards exiting a reflow oven are still warm and may have soft solder joints. Gentle belt transport prevents board deflection and protects fragile solder joints during cooling.
High-Component-Density Boards
Boards with tall components that overhang rails, or sensitive optical or RF components requiring vibration-free transport, benefit from smooth belt handling.
Belt vs Single-Track Rail
Rail conveyors use edge-gripping rail guides and are faster. Belt conveyors are gentler and provide centre support. Choose belt when board fragility is a priority.
Protect Your Most Delicate PCBs
Our engineers will recommend belt conveyor placement for the sections of your line where gentle handling matters most.
