Who Should Choose the Corner Link Conveyor?
L-Shaped Line Layouts
Factories where the SMT line must turn 90° at one end — for example when the building’s footprint doesn’t allow a straight line to run the full length.
U-Shaped Line Configurations
U-shaped lines require two corner conveyors — one at each end — enabling the line to run back on itself and return the operator to the starting position.
Space-Constrained Factories
When floor space prevents a straight SMT line, corner conveyors enable the line to navigate around pillars, walls, or other equipment areas.
Direction Change vs Shuttle
Use a corner conveyor for direction changes within a single line. For transferring boards between two separate parallel lines, choose a shuttle conveyor instead.
