The PCB Storage Buffer ZCL-3BLii provides high-capacity board storage between two SMT line stations. When the downstream station is temporarily unavailable — during a scheduled maintenance window, shift changeover, or equipment adjustment — the ZCL-3BLii holds boards safely in a multi-layer storage rack, preventing the upstream station from having to stop.

Unlike a standard line-balancing buffer that holds only a few boards, the ZCL-3BLii is designed for extended storage. It can hold a large number of boards in vertical layers, giving operators the time they need to complete maintenance or changeover tasks without forcing a full line shutdown.
