Inline PCB Unloader
Direct straight-through board collection from the end of SMT lines. The simplest integration for standard inline configurations where boards travel in a straight path.

Product Overview
The Inline PCB Unloader collects finished boards directly from the end of an SMT production line, with boards traveling straight through into vertical magazine slots. This is the most straightforward unloader configuration — boards exit the reflow oven or wave soldering machine and travel in a continuous straight line into the collection magazine.
Because there is no direction change, the inline unloader offers the lowest mechanical complexity and the smoothest board transfer. It is the default choice for standard SMT line layouts where the end of the line has sufficient space for straight-through collection. SMEMA-compatible for seamless integration with all standard line equipment.
Key Highlights
- Straight-through collection — boards travel in a continuous straight line from the production machine into the magazine
- Magazine-type storage — vertical stacking into standard PCB magazines
- SMEMA compatible — integrates with any standard SMT line equipment
- Adjustable rail width — accommodates a range of PCB widths
- Minimal board stress — no direction change means the smoothest possible board transfer
- Simple operation — lowest mechanical complexity of all unloader types

Who Is the Inline PCB Unloader For?
Best For
- Standard SMT line layouts with sufficient space at the end of the line
- Lines where boards travel in a straight path from start to finish
- Standard board sizes up to 460x460mm
- Operations prioritising simplicity and ease of maintenance
How It Compares
- vs Side Exit Unloader: Inline collects boards straight through; side exit collects perpendicular to the line. Choose inline when end-of-line space is not constrained.
- vs Dual Magazine Unloader: Inline uses one magazine at a time; dual magazine runs two in parallel for higher capacity without line stops.
- vs OK/NG Unloader: Inline collects all boards into one magazine; OK/NG unloader automatically sorts pass and fail boards into separate lanes.
