OK/NG PCB Unloader
Automatic pass/fail board sorting at the end of the SMT line. Separates good boards from defective ones based on upstream AOI or inspection signals — no manual sorting required.

Product Overview
The OK/NG PCB Unloader receives a pass or fail signal from an upstream AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system or other inspection equipment, and automatically routes each board to the correct collection lane. Good boards go to the OK magazine; boards flagged as defective go to the NG magazine. No operator needs to stand at the end of the line manually sorting boards.
In production lines with inline AOI, the OK/NG unloader closes the loop between inspection and collection. It prevents defective boards from being mixed with good ones, reduces the risk of human sorting errors, and frees operators for higher-value tasks. SMEMA-compatible for seamless integration with standard SMT line equipment.
Key Highlights
- Automatic OK/NG sorting — routes boards to separate lanes based on upstream inspection signals
- Eliminates manual sorting — no operator needed at end of line for pass/fail separation
- AOI signal integration — receives pass/fail signals from inline AOI or inspection systems
- Two separate collection lanes — OK and NG boards collected into separate magazines
- SMEMA compatible — integrates with any standard SMT line equipment
- Reduces sorting errors — eliminates risk of human error in pass/fail separation

Who Is the OK/NG PCB Unloader For?
Best For
- SMT lines with inline AOI or other inspection equipment generating pass/fail signals
- High-mix production where defect rates require reliable board separation
- Lines where manual sorting is a bottleneck or source of errors
- Quality-critical applications in automotive, medical, or industrial electronics
How It Compares
- vs Inline/Side Exit Unloader: Standard unloaders collect all boards into one magazine regardless of quality. The OK/NG unloader automatically separates pass and fail boards.
- vs Dual Magazine Unloader: Dual magazine doubles capacity for good boards; OK/NG unloader separates boards by quality into two distinct lanes.
- vs OK/NG Buffer ZCLA-3: The OK/NG buffer sorts boards mid-line between two stations; the OK/NG unloader sorts boards at the end of the line into collection magazines.
