The FT-610 is Sun & Mountain’s wide-board PCB flux sprayer, engineered for high-volume wave soldering lines that handle large PCBs up to 610mm wide. It is the natural companion to the SA-610 wave soldering machine — matching its full 610mm conveyor width to provide seamless flux application before the solder wave pass.
Like the FT-450, the FT-610 supports both ultrasonic and pneumatic spray atomization, and is compatible with all standard flux chemistries. The wider body (1480mm) and taller profile (1800mm) accommodate the larger board dimensions and higher throughput rates typical of automotive, server, and industrial electronics lines.
