Who This Loader Fits Best
Thin & Flexible PCBs
Boards thinner than 0.6mm or flexible PCBs that cannot be edge-gripped without damage require vacuum handling.
High-Value Assemblies
Medical, aerospace, and high-reliability boards where surface scratches or board flex during loading are unacceptable.
Compared with Suction Loader
Vacuum loader applies suction across the full board area; suction loader uses localized cups. Full-area vacuum is gentler for very thin boards.
Compared with Standard Loaders
Standard loaders use edge rails or mechanical gripping. Vacuum loading reduces mechanical contact with the board surface.
