Gate Link Conveyor
Route PCBs to different line branches based on signals from AOI, test systems, or manual control. Enable inspection bypass, rework routing, and multi-branch line configurations.

Who Should Choose the Gate Link Conveyor?
Post-Inspection Routing
After AOI or X-ray inspection, gate conveyors can route boards with issues to a rework spur while passing good boards straight through to the next process.
Multi-Branch Production Lines
Lines that branch into multiple downstream paths — for example, different assembly variants or different testing stations — use gate conveyors as routing switches.
Inspection Bypass Lanes
When certain batches or product types don’t require inspection, a gate conveyor can bypass the inspection station and send boards directly to the next step.
Gate vs Shuttle Conveyor
A gate conveyor routes within a single line (inline branching). A shuttle conveyor transfers between completely separate parallel lines. Different functions, often used together.
