Wave Soldering Machine

SMT SOLDERING EQUIPMENT

S&M wave soldering machines handle through-hole component soldering for DIP and mixed SMT/DIP production. Available in air and nitrogen versions, with inline or offline flux spraying, in three PCB width configurations: 350mm, 450mm, and 610mm.

Standard Wave Soldering — Air Type

Air atmosphere wave soldering for standard through-hole and mixed SMT/DIP production. Inline flux spraying (SA series) or offline flux spraying (SAT series). PID temperature control, VFD wave height adjustment, PC+PLC control system.

SA-350 Wave Soldering Machine

SA-350 Wave Soldering

PCB Width: up to 350mm | Solder: 500kg | Power: ~70KW

Standard wave soldering for consumer electronics and industrial boards up to 350mm wide. Inline flux spraying, 3-stage preheat, PID solder pot control.

SA-450 Wave Soldering Machine

SA-450 Wave Soldering

PCB Width: up to 450mm | Solder: 500kg | Power: ~70KW

Mid-range wave soldering for boards up to 450mm wide. Same proven platform as SA-350 with wider rail capacity for larger industrial and automotive boards.

SA-610 Wave Soldering Machine

SA-610 Wave Soldering

PCB Width: up to 610mm | Solder: 600kg | Power: ~70KW

Wide-format wave soldering for large PCBs up to 610mm. Larger solder pot (600kg), multi-wing centrifugal fan cooling, heavy-duty duck claw transport.

Selective Wave Soldering

For mixed SMT/DIP boards where SMT components cannot be exposed to full wave solder. Selective soldering applies solder only to specific through-hole pads using a precision XY platform and miniature solder nozzles.

SM-LII Selective Wave Soldering Machine

SM-LII Selective Wave Soldering

Type: Dual-cylinder inline | Positioning: ±0.1mm | Power: 30KW

Dual electromagnetic pump solder pots, servo XY platform, PCB image/CAD/Gerber programming. For complex mixed boards with SMT components that cannot be wave soldered.
