PCB Unloader | Automatic Board Unloading Equipment | S&M

style=”font-size:2.6rem”

Automated loading and unloading solutions for SMT production lines. Smooth material flow, zero bottlenecks.

Sunandmountain PCB Unloaders handle the output end of SMT lines — transferring populated boards to inspection, downstream equipment, or magazine staging. Choose from side-exit, inline, dual-magazine, OK/NG sorting, auto-top, and heavy-duty configurations. All units support SMEMA-compliant signaling for seamless line integration.

What a PCB Unloader Does in Your SMT Line

A PCB unloader receives finished assemblies from the downstream conveyor and stacks them into magazines for transport to test, inspection, or packaging. Automated unloading maintains line balance at high throughput (300-600 boards/hour), eliminates manual stacking errors, and enables continuous production runs without operator intervention at the line end. S&M unloaders include OK/NG sorting models for in-line quality classification and dual-magazine configurations for uninterrupted production during magazine changes.

Side Exit Unloader

SMEMA compliant — transfers boards sideways to outfeed conveyor or staging magazine. Compact footprint for space-constrained lines.

Inline Unloader

In-line transfer — moves boards straight through to downstream equipment. Optimized for high-throughput continuous-flow lines.

Dual Magazine Unloader

Twin magazine — alternates between two magazines for continuous production. Reduces operator intervention during large runs.

OK/NG Sorting Unloader

AOI-compatible — routes passed boards to one magazine, failed boards to another. Eliminates manual sorting after AOI inspection.

Auto-Top Unloader

Top-access magazine — loads from above for lines where side access is blocked. Smooth descent mechanism prevents PCB tilt.

Heavy Duty Unloader

High-capacity — handles large, heavy boards up to 5kg. Reinforced magazine框架 for automotive and power electronics applications.

SMEMA Compliant Interface

All Sunandmountain PCB Unloaders support standard SMEMA 1.0/2.0 signal communication (DC24V input/output) for plug-and-play integration with any SMEMA-compliant SMT equipment. Ready signal, busy signal, and alarm output as standard on all models.
